SO...WHAT ARE NFTs?
NFT, short for Non-Fungible Token, is a non-interchangeable unit of data stored on a blockchain, a form of digital ledger, that can be sold and traded.
A banknote is techincally also an NFT, because it has a unique number and can be exchanged for goods and services. The difference is the ledger where it is registered, is online; on the blockchain.
Types of NFTs may be associated with digital files such as photos, videos, and audio. But soon they will be used for many more things in the real world, not just online.

2 Expensive “gas fees” - Transction fees are generally quite high, on average $100 dollars to buy an NFT.
